"I had Smart Lipo done here on 2 different occasions. The first time I had it done on my back and my results were amazing. Everyone was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. The office is really nice too! The second time I went back years later to have Smart lipo done on my stomach. I did not get the results that I wanted. I did everything that they told me to do. I decided to go back a year later to ask what I can do and try to ask what happened. The doctor told me that there was nothing he can do to help me and then referred me to another doctor and said that I should get regular lipo. He said he couldn't go back in and fix it because there wasn't enough fat. I don't think this was fair because I paid over $5,000 to have this done. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for this."

"Got a hair transplant here 6 years ago. 3k grafts. About 20% of the hair grew in. Surgeons were unprofessional, hair grew in uneven with less on one side. Took a trip to Istanbul Turkey and had it redone. Fantastic job. Looks like I never lost any hair. Istanbul clinic checked up on the progress with pictures and facetime calls for a year after the surgery. This clinic checked up only once. Paid a fraction of the cost in Turkey. Avoid this place if you're planning on doing a hair transplant take a vacation and have plenty of $$ left Over."

"I went to Reflections Body Solutions for a consultation for SmartLipo on my abdomen. During this consultation I told them it would be a few months before I was ready to pull the trigger. After the consultation I double downed at the gym and improved my diet. I was able to tone up and lose some weight but still saw value in the SmartLipo procedure. Also, in addition to my abdomen, I wanted to explore getting my love handles done as well. I called Reflections Body Solutions and scheduled a consult over zoom. I was told during my first consult they would be able to do a follow up over zoom due to the fact they had already seen me. I was told by Bryan on the phone it can be difficult to complete a consult over zoom but felt this would be a non-issue due to the fact they have already seen me. After the second consultation Jennie Chambon sent me an updated quote, this quote was for $647.50 more than the original. Naturally I sent Jennie an email asking why the price increase. Jennie stated cost of goods has increased, which is fully understandable and if she would have stopped there frankly, I wouldn’t be typing this review. Jennie continued to say my abdomen appeared to be larger in the zoom conference. I responded back letting her know stopping at cost of goods would have been sufficient and with the amount of work I have put in her comment regarding my abdomen was not only unnecessary it was hurtful. Jennie’s response was a backhanded apology at best, “I am sorry that you feel that way. That was not intentional to hurt you”. After offered for me to come in for an in-person consult. Mind you I live 2 hours away, and work a full time job, plus had already done an in-person consult. I feel this was either her being extremely judgmental and/or a piss poor attempt at closing me. Either way I feel the comment was not only unnecessary it was downright hurtful. I fully understand the raise in cost of goods. Inflation has affected all businesses, and the increased cost must be passed onto the consumer. I get it. This was never open for debate. I made it very clear the only thing I was upset over was Jennie’s comment regarding me being larger. I put a lot of work into losing weight and toning, and to be told you are larger than before is hurtful. Frankly even if they feel I was larger there is much better ways of saying it without coming across has hurtful. After sitting on these comments for a few weeks, I made the decision to go ahead with the procedure. Dr Chambon does good work and I felt it I shouldn’t hold his wife’s unprofessional-ism and lack of tact against him. I called and was able to put me on the schedule within the next few weeks, meeting the timeline I had originally mentioned. During this conversation I asked if Dr Chambon would be able to take another look at me to see I have in fact have not gotten larger. He expressed this would not be a problem, and that we needed to have a pre-op appointment anyways. I put down the deposit and submitted leave requests to my employer. I was excited! Sadly, this excitement was soon squashed. Jennie sent me an email saying due to the fact I am still unhappy being told I am larger than my first consult they are refunding my deposit and canceling my procedure. I was crushed. This is my first time doing anything to my body. I don’t even dye my hair. I have always been 100% natural. To have my first and only experience be tainted by judgmental shallow comments. I was devastated. After I was finally able to set the comments aside enough to make the phone call to schedule, I was hit with the comments again and bonus I was denied service. Sadly after reading Dr. Chambon's response I realize yes Jennie is only the messenger, she could have relayed the message in a more professional tactful way, but still just the messenger. Dr. Chambon is not only judgemental he clearly suffers from an inflated ego. Good news is I am now grateful we did not go through with the procedure. I can only imagine how I would had been treated if it was botched! I truly feel I dodged a bullet!"

"Every service at Reflections has been wonderful! Dr. Chambon has the best bed side manner- he has been wonderful at making me relax and have very little discomfort when he administers the treatments. He is the Dr. you want when trying these things for the first time. I was terrified, but really wanted to try something non-surgical to help with the signs of aging. He recommended treatments to help with wrinkles, skin texture and IPL facials to help with age spots. Jenny handles the lazer treatments and she is a true professional and very good at what she does! The difference in my skin tone, is night and day since my visits with her.. I would highly recommend this office, and the services I've experienced there have been fabulous. The staff is there to welcome you with a smile and they are excellent! I've never had to wait! Bryan, who helps with their front office is really sweet and always goes the extra mile to make me feel welcome when I visit. Maggie has also been lovely to work with. Both of them are fantastic at responding via text, which is most convenient for me, and I am able to make appointments that way. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Chambon and the staff at Relfections. They are lovely people who aren't pushy with services and they also tell me when I don't need a service. They listen to what outcome I am looking for and then fully explain the procedures it will take to get there. I can't say enough about them!"
