"In response to I am not a patient. Mia Bella Donna and Anesthetic Surgical Arts are run by the same person. Both are in the same office. Your letterhead even reflects that. Just to be clear. The Divorce Letter which stated I can no longer use your services came from your business manager Kathleen. I was patient Reggie. April who works for Aesthetics Surgical Arts is rude office manager who I never met. I go in for my 1st visit and April was supposed to do predeterminations for a procedure I was supposed to have. April never calls me about the predeterminations. I call the office several times for the predetermination from April. The front desk said she will call you. Never got the call my dental insurance had to let me know. I go into the office for another visit see my doctor. My doctor tells me that April will send me another predetermination and I know how that will go no call nothing from her and I was right. I call April no response then down the road she finally calls me from my follow up call. I tell April that the physician said she was going to send me the email of the predetermination. April start over talking me, being rude, and disrespectful on the phone and saying also in the conversation that the doctor does not do predeterminations. And the point is. April finally sends the predetermination and my dental insurance said they need more information on 1 procedure. I call my dental insurance and they informed that it was sent to April 5 days ago and my dental insurance is awaiting a response. Here I go again contact April by email letting her know that April gives me excuse that she just got the inquiry, and she will take care of it the next day. I wait 2 days call my dental insurance to find out if they got it. My dental insurance informs me that they did not receive it. I am not surprised. I inquire about why this is not done. April sends me rude emails back and for within the week. I call April out on the job that she has not been doing. April does not do any follow up calls and always have excuses. I already went to another professional office, so I already had planned not to go back to this office because of the services I was getting from April and the disrespect. The physician was wonderful, and his assistant. Get this April is office manager and tells me I should go back to my original surgeon. Ok she does not have MD behind her name. I don't have any contact with April by email in 3-4 days. I am so glad I didn't go back because now I get email a divorce letter from Kathleen business manager for me not to come there anymore. Kathleen never contacted me to see what the problem was. Instead of correcting the problem Kathleen avoided the costs. Never met in person April or Kathleen. To be told to go somewhere else when I am trying to get my predetermination done. Kathleen works for Mia Bella Donna Medspa why is she contacting me I was in Aesthetics Surgical Arts. On there statement of service there committed to provide impeccable patient care through compassion and integrity. So apparently those statements are false. I will never step foot in there again and I will make sure everyone is aware of this situation. I wish I could give this zero rating for Kathleen and April. I want Dr. Camarata to be aware of these 2 employees he has working for him."
