"For being my first time in any kind of therapy it has been the perfect fit for me. Meeting other people who are in therapy and having that sense of community has made it easier for me to open up and talk about my trauma. The staff here is so personable and loving which has also helped me tremendously!!! I like the different methods that are offered and it's convenient to be able to do it at my own pace. I can definitely feel the difference and my family and friends have even noticed. I've had a few people even point out to me the difference in my demeanor and how much calmer I am.
