"Very disappointed. All we needed was a very easy routine well visit for insurance that we specified many times before coming for this visit and it is 100% covered by insurance. Only to find out they wanted to charge a $100 co/pay and after being mansplained for 5 minutes about why this was correct and what I didn't understand we decided to leave. I figured if we are having issues with something this basic I didn't want them to be part of my healthcare team and since as he told me "there are plenty of providers" in Pittsburg I will go with someone else."
