"If you’re an out of town patient please go someplace else! You could literally be 15 mins late from driving an hours and a half away with heavy traffic problems and they will not see you! Waste of time"
"Got told the pressure in my ear is a head cold, 2 days later and neon yellow liquid is coming out of my ear. Said I knew it was an ear infection and told I was wrong. Thanks for wasting my time and money"
"Your employees need to learn some proper bedside medical manners!! And be monitored on how they talk to patents coming in or making calls in. Really would hate for my conditions to get worse because some people can't talk to people nicely. Two stars are for the good doctors I do see. No stars for your reception staff in a lot of the medical areas in there. Give me a call when yall wanna hire someone whose actually good with people, I can show yall how others coming in a medical facility should be treated!"
"Dr. Carl removed a benign cyst from my husband's arm today. He was so friendly, charming, and informative. We're both very grateful for his assistance and compassion. The nurses were also friendly and genuine in their concern. **Update as of 2022: one of the doctors at this clinic may have in fact saved my life, or at least saved my leg. I had an insect bite turn into cellulitis (on 4th of July weekend, no less) and we went in the Tuesday after the 4th. She was very concerned and put me right on antibiotics that cleared it up. I wish I had caught her name. I still have a faint scar on my knee, but I genuinely believe that her intervention saved me from serious harm. At a minimum, this walkin clinic has saved my husband and I THOUSANDS of dollars in medical bills by preventing ER visits we otherwise would have had to do."
"The doctor my father saw almost killed him, then lied about the visit to a supervisor. The doctor a doctor Stewart the supervisor Mallory called my father who suffers from a heart condition telling him that he was lying while he was with a Dacca counselor who was given him the help he tried to get from them. We tried to speak to the director but they refuse to contact her. we are having to get the governors office involved along with the Kansas Medical Arts Board just to get the director involved. This all because my father was a very sick man trying to get help. Trusting this place with your loved ones health will be a mistake you will regret for along time, Freeman health has caring doctors as does many more places in Kansas. Don't put yourselves or your family through this drama due to a young doctor and her friends. Remember this almost cost my father his life!!!"
