"Slowest clinc I've ever been too! Not to mention rude nurses and receptionist. No one in the clinic waiting room and I had an appointment and still didn't get seen by any one until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Go anywhere else but here."
"I went back to Dr. quickly and he was very efficient and professional. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. I had good care and I am grateful for their expertise."
"When anyone in my family needs any acute medical care we immediately go to SEKUC. Through the years we have always received prompt, kind, thorough and effective care. The staff is professional and always made us feel comfortable. We know we are getting the best care in the area when we visit Dr. Cosens, Michele and their amazing staff."
"The wait was ok, but my issue wether it was a bite or something else was not determined. But I got an antibiotic and an ointment that do help but I was unaware either because of injury or antibiotic the effect it would have on me. I drive all day and have been extremely tired despite my regular sleep schedule. I don’t think bacterim has a fatigue effect but i have slept though my alarm for work two different days and gotten into a horrible traffic accident. Maybe just a coincidence becasue I am not blaming this antibiotic but none of these things not one happened in the previous year and a half and then in a couple days I have had all these issues that has lead to decreased job performance and now because of either infection and/ or antibiotic I have missed two days of work at least 25 hours. Most of it over a time. I have in this week missed more work than the previous 2 and a half years. I’m not saying it is the fault of this facility or staff. They are kind concerned knowledgeable and doing their best. It appears understaffed and even with a couple people they’re extremely slow getting in and extremely fast deal with doctor. I understand that the reality of our world and society and am not in any way upset or blaming, just frustrated. I missed work, two long days and it never happens, the doctor didn’t say to not get up and don’t work, or check in to the amount of physical labor required at my job or show any signs of raking time off to heal, however I didn’t ask these questions as well so I bare some of the responsibility. Next time I go I will assume I will be told the minimum required amount to be in agreement with the law and then whisked away for next customer. I had blue cross blue shield and it was accepted. They were all kind and professional just very distracted by being very busy and in my experience when I’m super busy I tend to ale more mistakes trying to go faster and am concerned that may have happened here. But the antibiotic ointment and piss are working I just wish I had been more educated on potential side effects and complications with other drugs I take. The lost work time has me in the hole. Big time for rent bills and Christmas the wreck could lead to my firing when combined with two days with no wages and it’s no normal 16 hour two days it’s almost double that. Ultimately it’s my own responsibility and I do not expect this helps. It probably will be taken negatively and thrown out. Just a couple of ideas in health care field. Oh and I have had massive diarrhea for three although less today. The staff the people are knowledgeable and doing their very best but I can tell they are rushed to get things done and in health care I do not think this is a good policy. It was my family doctor that later informed me that I could be feeling this way due to antibiotics, I must have slipper her mind at urgent care. I understand the real only thing that matters is money and I am certain you motto and Hippocrate oath and to do no harm are well meaning and pillars of you establishment. And you do those things quite well but only if the money keeps rolling in, otherwise no matter the care of your company l,!they could take their time and really try to figure out issue by building a relationship with even briefly to put patient at ease , and truly try and understand issue. But face it executives don’t get the bonus if to much is spent without it coming in: I imagine that a formula exists for optimal time with patient and anything after costs more money. Which is to say that’s all that matters in buinsess period. Money and I feel this facility is understaffed and has its own issues. But I have no issue with my treatment as a human being they were wonderful got finally back there and I was gone in 10 minutes"
"I’m leaving this review because if I could hug Cara Russell right now, I would. My Steven has been in excruciating pain for days. Especially at night. His lower back was having spasms so bad that he was curled up on the floor begging for the pain to go away. Early this morning, we visited chc where Steven was told there was nothing they could do and he should try some stretches. No amount of stretching was going to help his pain so I took him to urgent care, where they got him right in. Cara took the time to listen to him and she actually cared about getting him some relief. Steven has slept the day away and my heart is so happy thanks to Cara."
