"Appointments are null and void if there is an emergency. Wait time was long for a scheduled visit, wasn't asked if I was ok with paying for swab to test also wasn't told how much extra it was, and wasn't told that it wasn't included in the exam. At least one worker there doesn't know that 4pm is after 2pm so when told I needed to move my appointment for someone else they said that my appointment would be moved forward but was actually moved back id give 0 stars if I could"

"Amazing! My husband and I are grateful BEYOND words for this vet and her workers! Unfortunately we have had a couple of opportunities to utilize her services. And all I can say is “some old time established “ vets could learn a thing or two from her. Her love for animals and the field she works in is obvious. Koodos to you Doc Makenzie!!"

"We won’t be going to country side vet to many attitudes and over pricing $50 for Diclofenac cream for anti inflammatory you can get two tubes of for $20 and $50 to admin my horses shot wayyyy over priced now since this new vet took over Kenzie !!And They got rid of all the good farming vets like franca, cody, Jim old seasoned vets who know the ins and outs of large animal vets we were there ten years allll our animals but time to move on to a new vet to bad they lost there good vets and there clientele as well we won’t go there again FFF rating from us We were told the vet is taking another direction from the old ways and seasoned vets “Kenzie” told us so we quickly found another seasoned vet within the day!! I guess she cannot handle pressure from existing clients asking billing questions or questions about there livestock without having any compassion at all and just simple way to tell long term clients for years before she took over that she can’t see you anymore to part ways !! So we did after ten years, to bad the did away with all the good old timer vets there who made country side what it is today!! Well what it was, it all gone now!!! I wouldn’t go there if was the last vet around!! This vet is all attitude and mouth!! Only one left that is awesome is janet the office lady super sweet awesome lady woman!! If you want great office manners janet your woman otherwise beware after ten years we have new vet only after few hours !! Don’t even bother here we won’t ever again!!! Can’t handle any heat get out of the kitchen my mom says !!!"

"I called and they sent someone out within 2 hours. Kenzie made the process of euthanizing our beloved horse brownie go very smoothly. Kenzie has compassion and love for not only the animals but the owners as well. Highly recommend this vet clinic. Thank you for your help ❤️"
