"I spent ayr and a half with my mother in law trying to get her the medical diagnosis we need to properly take care of her in Springfield cox hospital system. It took less then a mth at cmh and doctors at this practice have been a big help. We have been with cmh and this practice for 6 mth with her and yes there are some things that can be improved on,but coming from having to deal with the 6th worst hospital in America for over 20 yr. Cmh is hands down world better. Thank you for listening to us and helping us with my aging mother in law."

"Horrible people. I called in middle of night with sever eye pain and scared and they wouldn’t talk to me. I gave them another chance. I was in sever pain and seen there new physician and she did absolutely nothing for me. She said she was calling in a prescription which she didn’t until hours later after I had left bolivar so I had to send 3 more days in pain. What a doctor."

"I’m giving one star for one particular Dr. And that would be Dr.Kittle. I had non stop issues with getting my medication refilled in a timely manner. When I would express my concerns she’d make come in to talk about it or do zoom calls. She was hateful and would withhold my meds til I did what she wanted. The last zoom call she stated she would manage my meds til the new doctor took her place in august that was about a month ago maybe 2 months ago. I’ve not been able to find a new doctor to manage them and psych is booking at the end and first of the year. Dr. Kittle is not only abusive but negligent as coming off of my medication put me in the hospital. I’ve never had an issue with my relationship with previous primary care doctors but Kittle made it impossible to express my concerns she told me on multiple occasions that I was being “dramatic and ridiculous” I’ve never been bullied by my own doctor. Looking for a resolution as I’ve not had any of my medications in more than a month. This review is mainly for Dr.Kittle alone who will be gone to Nixa in August."

"I always appreciate the care and compassion that Danielle provides me. No matter how busy things are there it’s as though she has plenty of time to ask how we are and how are kids are as well. "I've been a patient with this clinic for over 35 years. I hate to see all of these negative reviews. The doctors and nurses are great!! It's rare to have a group of medical professionals such as these folks who go above and beyond to help people. It is not their fault when things are not to our liking because of hospital policies and rules and regulations of the government and whoever else is charge. We've dealt with a LOT of doctors lately; BFCC is among the best!"
