"This office manager argued with me that the dentist was not a ppo. She continued to collect money from me like he was not a ppo. She finally said the insurance company had a glitch in their system and they agreed to cover my claims at 100 percent. At one point they owed me 800.00. Susan said that they would just zero my bill and I could go someplace else. They still owe me money and have not put a crown on my tooth. I called the other day and Susan said I refused to come in and she has it recorded. Told her I wanted to hear that recording and she changed and said it was in an email. I never refused. My last phone call before the one where she hung up on me, I never got a call back. I was asking to schedule and o get my refund. She said I should have known they don't keep card info. Would a good office manager have called the patient and said something like I am ready to credit your account, I need your card info. She never contacted me. They sent in a claim with the name of the dentist I never saw. Said she always does that. Didn't send x rays and claim denied. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off and lied to. The photos show how many times she had to adjust what they owed me because she collected for services my insurance covered at 100 percent. And billing with the other dentist, only paid at 80 percent. , Yes it is very true. Look at the documents I provided. People can make their own choice. And I still days later have not gotten my refund or crown. Of course you are going to defend yourselves."
