"Bought 2 $20 vapes, when I went to try the second one I bought it was very burnt. I came back to the store less than 3 hours later right when I got off work and they refused to replace it. The vape showed it was at 100% juice and they still would not do anything."

"I came in to this location because the juice I was sold was in the incorrect packaging. I buy multiple at a time and had 2 that were mispackaged or made incorrectly. Because I had opened one, I didn't bring it in. I brought in the one that wasn't opened with the seal still in tact and showed George and Seth what it looked like. They agreed with me that something was not right. They had never seen anything like it before. They broke the seal and opened it and would not swap it out for the correct one after agreeing with me it should not be the clear color it was. This stuff is not cheap. It is at least a full hours work pay if not more to most of the people in this town. Seth did not care at all. Seth said he could not help me so I asked to speak to his manager in hopes she could. He refused to call his manager and said he could handle me in store and will not do anything for me. The way this situation was handled was very poor. George was friendly, Seth was not. I understand things happen and I understand there was little he could do however he should have and could have called the manager the moment I asked to speak with her, instead he came back with an attitude that was disgusting. If the manager is not around I would advise getting someone there that can speak to customers in a more professional manner."

"The staff is always super kind and willing to help, also a tall gentleman got me hooked on a killer band called “Electric Callboy”. Anyways the experience is always phenomenal and chill. I’ll continue to be loyal to this store BECAUSE of the staff!"
