"My new favorite places! Pricing is absolutely amazing. Seriously, when compared to other stores, or even the manufacturer, this place rocks! Hat selection, boot selection, saddle selection, tack, etc are the best. With 6 children involved in horses and stock, I need these stores!"

"The reason for giving this review is because originally I did not give a very good review. I had personally reached out by email. This company made me feel definitely special by just listening to me voice how I felt about my interaction the day that we came in. I am so glad that I was heard and that is why I am changing it to a five star from a one star keep up the good work, PFI Cavendars, As someone that a shop there since a little girl I appreciate the personal interaction that I had with the GM over the phone"

"An exciting visit. But only 4 stars. Let's start with the good things. A super nice staff. You are greeted nicely and they are helpful. As you would expect, there is a huge selection of cowboy items. Nevertheless, there is something that is annoying. Even with the large selection and the statement that the range is always being expanded, there are still no cowboy boots for people with large calves since 2020. Yes, this doesn't just affect this store in particular, but the entire chain. Unfortunately, the selection and range of bolo tie is not being expanded. Not even on a small scale with higher quality models. And some of the accessories for hats are simply not replenished. Even though I really enjoy visiting Cavender's. Something like this is disappointing. I hope that changes again in the next few years."

"My wife and I came here as one of our stops for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The general manager, Stephen, was super helpful. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and made it such a nice shopping experience. Clearly, this man has a deep understanding of the value of customer service. A sincerely friendly guy. We will be back, and will definitely recommend this business. The employees that worked at the register were also very nice. Great job!"
