"Telehealth sucks, Dr. Bhatti treated me like I was a junkie because I dared to confide that I USED to have a drug problem (a decade ago.) My biggest pet peeve, by far, was taking the time off work, driving 70 miles to get there, only to be told that the appointment was canceled and drive 70 miles back. After 3 times leaving there in more of an anxious, neurotic fit of rage than I came, I decided it wasn't for me. Others may have better luck."

"Terrible place, 1- Records mixed up and very inappropriate information added to my child record and they acted as if we were wrong telling them none of the events happened. 2- Have been charged as cash patient for over a year after giving them my insurance information 3x. 3- Don’t even ask questions about what tests have been done or what’s in your child’s file b/c they can’t find any information and refuse to contact you even when including heads of specific departments. 4- All in all Pathways and Dr. Syed are not there to help you unless you want pills and disregard any comments/questions you have regarding treatment. Dawn Miller the head of the Pathways won’t return calls or emails you have requesting to speak about information they have on your child in any way. Do what’s right for your child and find a reputable and greatly reviewed place that has people who listen to you and your concerns.... Definetly not Pathways"

"I'M A DISABLED, HOMELESS VET TRYING TO ACCESS THEIR SSVF (SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES) PROGRAM WHICH IS FUNDED BY A VA CONTRACT. I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 2 & 1/2 MONTHS. I HAVE EXPERIENCED A GREAT DEAL OF INCOMPETENCE FROM THE TOP DOWN. I'VE CALLED MANAGEMENT PEOPLE WHO ARE NEVER AVAILABLE--ALWAYS IN MEETINGS, ON THE PHONE ETC. WHEN I GET VOICE MAIL & LEAVE MESSAGES THEY DON'T RETURN THE CALLS. THEY'VE TOLD ME I'M NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM AFTER HAVING BEEN ASSIGNED A CASE WORKER & MEETING WITH HIM SEVERAL TIMES. MY CASE WORKER HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT A CO-WORKER BEING "HARD TO GET A HOLD OF" WHICH LED TO A DELAY IN THEM MOVING ON A HOUSE THEY HAD IDENTIFIED AS A POTENTIAL PLACE FOR ME WHICH THEN GOT RENTED "OUT FROM UNDER" ME BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO LOOK AT IT. THIS SAME CASE WORKER SAID HE "LIKES PATHWAYS A LITTLE BIT". VERY TELLING. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, PEOPLE THERE HAVE NOT DONE WHAT THEY'VE SAID THEY WOULD DO, FAILED TO CALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, FAILED TO KEEP APPOINTMENTS, REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR INFORMATION ALREADY PROVIDED, REPEATEDLY OFFERED UNSUITABLE HOUSING & KEPT OFFERING PLACES THAT I REJECTED. I BELIEVE THE REASON FOR THIS IS TO DO WHAT WAS EASIEST FOR THE WORKER & MAKE A MONTHLY REPORT LOOK GOOD WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WHAT IS BEST FOR ME. I'VE DEALT WITH MANY INCOMPETENT SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES OVER MANY YEARS & PATHWAYS IS JUST ANOTHER ONE. I'VE TOLD PEOPLE AT THE COLUMBIA MISSOURI VA ABOUT IT & THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED. SADLY I'M ONE OF MANY THOUSANDS OF VETS THAT ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE VA. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING JOINING THE MILITARY BE AWARE OF THE VA'S LONG HISTORY OF ABUSING VETS. I WRITE THIS IN THE HOPE THAT FUTURE GENERATIONS OF VETS WILL BE TREATED BETTER. I'VE BEEN TREATED BADLY REPEATEDLY OVER MANY YEARS BY THE VA & DON'T EXPECT THAT TO CHANGE DURING MY LIFE TIME. HOPEFULLY SOMEDAY VETERANS WILL BE TREATED WITH THE RESPECT WE DESERVE. BY THE WAY THIS IS THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG WHEN IT COMES TO THE ATROCIOUS TREATMENT I HAVE SUFFERED AT THE HANDS OF THE VA."
