"I wouldnever go to a place to where the employees are harast on a continual basis by their supervisor that is allowed to get away with it for so many years. If they report this person to HR they are marked, tagged as a difficult to work with employee, a trouble maker, or a drama seeker just trying to cause problems because they're not getting their way. If you are not forced into quitting right away then she will find ways to try and ruin your career, including writing you up for things that you didn't do or for simple things that shouldn't have mattered in the first place. she will even go as far as writing you up for taking a sick day instead of letting you take your paid time off. This person has gotten away with this for so many years that people feel like she is untouchable. New trainees are Are not properly trained but if they do something wrong she will write them up. They are continually told when they have questions to look it up in the many books that are usually used for double checking something that trained employees are unsure of, their extent of training. She will reprimand people standing out in the middle of everybody else, call you out on what you are doing wrong but yet never tell you what you need to do to correct it. Countless people have quit working at this clinic due to this one specific person over the years. I know that the hospital is not the problem but it is because they will not take care of the situation that is going on at the clinic, So I feel that the hospital is as much to blame as this supervisor at the Warsaw clinic. How can employees do a good job if they are continually treated in this manner knowing that nothing will be done about it. No employee should ever have to work under such a stressful environment such as this. This hospital and clinic must work on the good old boy system it sure seems that way to me, or these employees, exemployees voices would have been heard a long time ago. I refuse to sit back and accept or contribute in any way shape or form knowing what is happening to these employees. I would never put my health or my family's health into the hands of an institution that practice or allow this kind of mistreatment to people. This is just my personal opinion that with all these employees and exemployees there seems to be one common denominator (the supervisor at Warsaw clinic)since they have an abnormally above average TURNOVER RATE. I understand this is a right to work state, but nobody deserves to have their career threatened, to be blatantly not included in staff meetings, reprimanded, disgraced, humiliated, and made to feel less than in front of other. Everytime something wrong happens your name is said aloud asking if you are responsible, and if not you are put on the defensive to HAVE TO PROVE it wasn't! I really feel bad for these people who have been put through this and obviously not seen or heard. That's the only reason I'm writing this review, maybe thru me and my words someone will look into this. For goodness sake all they have to do is contact employees and exemployees from the last 2 years and they will have ALL THE PROOF THEY NEED, then hopefully someone will do something about this, other then sweeping it under the rug! And NO I'm not a disgruntled employee but I personally know a couple of them that went through this and so much more. Also there employees are NOT trouble makers, drama seeker or trying to get their way! I truly encourage people to think about this post before making a decision on where they go for their health care!"

"My daughter had an appointment this year for her well visit made last year 2021. Someone cancelled her appointment and never told me. So I didn't find out untill I drove there. 2 months after her initial appointment she Finally got an appointment because that's the soonest they had."

"Wait time is awful! Almost 2 hours for a 5 min visit, staff are nice, I just ain’t going to wait like that anymore! If I have to wait an hour anything after I’m out, nothing like being really sick and waiting forever. I’m new to the area and GV is very close, otherwise I’d find a new place"

"Dr. Snell and dr. McCool. Are the best.. They both take thw time to talk to you and make you feel welcome (so wait times are a little long) but its so worth it to know they actually care about you. 4 stars because their billing is horrible- they somehow didnt have my insurance on file (ive been going there for 7 years, hasnt changed) and my bills are always screwed up, if i even get rhem before they send them to collections!"

"My wife has used GVREHAB twice, once for her shoulder replacement and once for her knee replacement. Both times Randy and Jamie and all the staff have been great help and attuned to her levels and needs Kim upfront has been phenomenal with schedules and reminders I give all the staff 5 stars!!! Painful ,yes of course, it's rehab!! but they knew how far to push her and when to back off. All in all they have a great staff and program. Kudos!"
