"An honest review…They’re awful. They’ll make you test the product before leaving which is fine but they don’t care if it’s defective or if what they’re selling isn’t what it claims to be. They’ll argue that, “Well I have a business and lose money if I replace the product.” And? You’re a business!! You have a responsibility to your customers. Want people to come back? Take care of the customers who keep you in business. Sell products that are what they say they are. Shouldn’t have to contact the manufacturer just to get a replacement for a defective product…not once, but twice. By the way, the manufacturer refers you back to the business as it is on them to take the hit and find a better product. Not to mention, the claim they’d lose money is also a lie. Like most business they buy their product at a lower price and sell it at a higher price…clearly. Otherwise it wouldn’t be a “business.” If you can’t handle running a business, don’t. Plain and simple. You’re better off taking your business down to Vapor World which is cheaper, more reliable, and in the same shopping center."
