"I purchased an exotic product on Saturday night around 9pm. I Went home went to bed and it was either empty or not working properly when I woke up. I called the store and the person was AWFUL to me and just wouldn’t listen and just dismissed me. I went ahead and went into the store I purchased the product from ( I use to come here often- I’ve spent hundred of dollars with what I now would call LOW LIFES. The worker seemed nice at first and I explained the situation and shows her pending transaction. It had only been 12 hours. Then she made a few phone calls and she refused to help me, saying I should have comeback last night. I didn’t know it broken! I spoke to the other manger again and he called me a LIAR. I am stopping both pending charges with this company and I would recommend you go to Royal Vape on Campbell or the other Vape store on Fort and Sunshine. These people are kind and do great business. STAY AWAY FROM SMOKER VILLAGE - SCAM ARTIST with absolutely no human decency or customer service skills whatsoever. BAD BUSINESS ************"

"They are very good folks and they treat you like your the only one has came in for that day. If you have a question about something they are ready to answer you and if they don't have then they will let you know when the next delivery comes in. Honest people. That's the only place I buy from."

"Bought an Eagle Torch from the South Glenstone store as soon as I got home with it I realized the filling hole gasket was broken and it leaked out all the fluid! So I take it back to the store and they refused to exchange it and I even have a copy of the receipt! Absolutely rude! Ohh and I lit it one single time and it engulfed in flames and burnt my hand but yet they still won't exchange it! Uncalled for...yall need to learn how to conduct business in our town!!"
