"Call the CMH family care center to get blood pressure check and meds changed and the Receptionist told me to walk in and they would take care of me. When I got there Karen the receptionist refuse to let me in Chewed my butt in front of all the patients in the lobby stating how inappropriate it was for me to come in as a walk-in for that type of service she was very disrespectful and very rude I would never use this facility."
"We are not from the area and our daughter fell while we were there, breaking her arm. We went to the Walk-In Clinic and were able to see DJ. He and the nurse took such great care of our daughter as they took x-rays and splinted her arm. They contacted our local hospital and began the process of scheduling our visit with them and then followed up a couple times, calling to make sure she was managing her pain and then again to ensure our local hospital had taken care of us. Very impressed with the care, follow-up and customer service we received from the team!"
