"I've been coming here for a bit, usually the guys/girls are super chill and helpful. They had someone I hadn't seen before on today, had green/yellow tunnels in his ears and was carrying sidearm. The pistol didn't bother me, but his attitude did. Definitely not the vibe you want in a vape/head shop. Cut me off while I was talking 4 different times and was speaking to me like I was stupid, wouldn't let me finish my sentences and stood directly in front of the juice, staring me down like I was causing him an inconvenience while I was trying to decide. I don't like causing scenes so I didn't say anything, but man I sure wrote this as soon as I got in my car. Completely changed my mood about Vapor Maven on 7th. Bad hire."

"Been shopping here consistently for a year now. The guys that work there are always more than helpful and polite. But I got into a car accident and wasn’t able to drive there so I spoke to the lady over the phone and asked for my mother in law to pick up the coils while she was out. The lady gave her the wrong coils. So my mother in law took them back and just wanted to exchange them for the right ones willing to pay any difference in the pay or not the coils were not open or anything. The lady working there refused and said they could take them back. Even though she gave the wrong ones even though I told her exactly which ones I needed. Seems like a silly thing to lose business over. Dealt with her a few times, she’s consistently rude, seems like it’s always a chore to do her job. God forbid I buy 5 or 6 bottles of juice at a time."
