"I will not recommend Target Optical to anyone. My appointment was at 11, the same time the Doctor showed up. He needed 30 minutes to prep to see me. I was there 2 hours for an eye exam. He acted as if this was the last place he wanted to be. Going through the motions, checking things, and making notes. No good morning, no how are you, just have a seat. He was terse and somewhat emotionally absent. I had to ask questions because he offered no information as I was being examined. He should retire. Bad experience."

"Great staff & Dr. always been calm & kind w/children & teens. And really shows their patience working around one of us w/a wheelchair in tight size Dr offices. Sometimes the wait is long, but they are great staff."

"The doctor seemed like he was in a rush. It was the last appointment of the day. I didn’t really understand what he was talking about with regards to the prescription he was recommending and then he told me that I have to go have my eyes checked somewhere else with a more powerful camera due to my dilation sensitivity. He asked me why I didn’t go back to the same place I went before and I said because the doctor is not covered on my new work insurance. I asked for a place to go and He was in such a rush to leave he never gave me a referral. A waste of money and time and I will never come there again."
