"I recently visited In Vision Eye Care Center and had a less than satisfactory experience regarding their handling of insurance matters. Despite having valid insurance benefits, the staff at the center repeatedly insisted that my benefits were not applicable. What was particularly frustrating was their reluctance to directly contact my insurance company to update or verify my information. This lack of initiative to resolve the issue not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also reflected a disappointing level of customer service. While the clinical aspects may be commendable, their administrative processes, particularly in dealing with insurance, significantly detracted from my overall experience."

"The technicians were fun, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the doors. Scott, the physician, was patient and informative during the exam and helped answer my questions and concerns. The technology they have made the experience quick and easy, as well as helped me better understand my eye and what to look for. Highly recommend them! They were incredible"

"Extremely thorough. They take their time with you and make sure you’re comfortable with any adjustments and will revisit if necessary. They have always been super friendly and accommodating as well. I switched here over a year ago and am so happy I did. It’s refreshing to find a great doctor you can trust along with the staff. Highly recommend!"

"I started coming to In Vision Eye Care Center about 4 years ago. I loved them so much that when I moved to North Carolina for work I researched to see if they were still in my network. Luckily they are and I get to keep my yearly exam scheduled around a trip back home to KC. The staff here is amazing and I always know I’m in good hands. Not only do they go the extra mile to help pick out cute frames, but they’re nice enough to ship my new glasses to my new address. Despite living several states away, I’ll keep going here as long as I can."
