"GET A PREAUTHORIZATION FROM INSURANCE. The staff was nice and the results were good. IDK where the breakdown was...BUT I was told my insurance would cover it 100% - Then they did not. The issue was appealed many times, but ultimately I am now on the hook for the bill after I was told it would be covered. Shame on me for trusting and not getting a preauth. Shame on whoever lied and said it was covered."

"My son Daniel is down here getting his new braces today. He also getting his old braces fixed so he can go outside to play in. They are so helpful since I'm been coming here in Sept 2001. They have fixed every pair of braces that he has owned. The staff here is so kind and grateful about everything. Thier friendly and kind."
