"Incompetent billing staff: Does not correctly charge the insurance company at the time of purchase. Months later, after they realize they have made a mistake, they try to charge you again after you've already paid your out of pocket expenses in an attempt to fix their incompetence. After you explain to the smarter people that they have made a mistake, they admit fault, but it's too late because they are too late at making the claim against the insurance company because it's 8 months later. Now you are held accountable, but I will not pay for their incompetence."

"Stay away. Zero stars. Not proactive Dr. My mother had cataract surgery and they didn't put enough pain killers in her eyes. She told the Dr, but she didn't do anything about it. She was is so much pain."

"I recently got an eye exam here along with my 10 year old son. The fresh new office looks great. Frontdesk was a little harsh but polite. Techs and Dr. Cline were super nice and helpful. My son even mentioned that he wasn't nervous anymore after they helped him with a thorough exam too. I ended up getting getting a new pair of glasses in the end. The optical department was also thorough and helpful. I've gone back for a fitting tweak without any fanfare. I am glad we tried this office and will be happy to go back or recommend anyone to try them."
