"Where do I even begin, I made an appointment and showed up almost 30min before scheduled time. Door was locked and no one answered, sat with the ortho receptionist who was super helpful and lo and behold this isn't the first time they don't answer or don't show up for patients. No one answers my calls. Past my appointment time and we finally get a hold of someone and they begin to gaslight and tell me I don't even have an appointment for that day nor a chart. I have a voice-mail to prove I did and location. I get a call later and I keep getting interrupted as I try to explain and more gaslighting me. Tell me they never scheduled me there but at another location. when once again I had proof I was, very rude and made it seem like it was all my fault. Will not be back as this is the second time this has happened to me."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley Sullivan's for 30 years or so. He has always such a caring provider and I've never once felt rushed out because he has other patients. When seeing him, you get a very laid back, no rush conversation. He makes certain all of my questions and concerns are addressed and even spends time catching up on how my children, that he delivered, are doing. He is a very caring and informative doctor and one that I highly recommend."

"Dr. Starks and his staff are confident, honest, caring people who love what they do and it shows. The enthusiasm they showed when I went in to have my sonogram and get started with my fertility process was touching. They are incredibly helpful and thorough. It's obvious Dr. Starks wants to get to the source of the problem. I've been to several fertility doctors and I've never been treated like a person. This office is obviously here because the Dr. and staff have a passion for helping people with fertility problems. I never have to wait very long to be seen and the office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I'm feel so blessed to have been referred to this office."

"I had my first visit November 23, 2016 and I have to say it was a wonderful experience!!! The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. My nurse was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. I was especially nervous because this was the first time I was going to have my OB/GYN be a male but I am so glad I did because I love Dr. Sullivan. He was very kind and really listened to my concerns. I also would like to say his office has a quick turn around in answering messages that I leave. Also if you call on the weekend there is always someone available to answer questions!!"
