"All the others reviews talking about the office workers are true. They waste your time and take weeks to get simple paperwork done. You have to call to check in on their progress for these forms and in the meantime they give you an attitude as if this is something they do for free. If you don't like being receptionists why don't you go work somewhere else?"

"All of the receptionist and Dr. Cahill are the best. I had car trouble on the way to my appointment, so I decided to walk. When I got to overpass at 135th & 69Hwy, sidewalk was closed. I spoke with someone when I started walking to let them know I'm coming. Then talked to someone else when I got to sidewalk closed sign. Then another person when finally on my way in Uber. While seeing Dr. Cahill, she says "hmmm, I'm not sure what happened to the schedule. I told her it was me, I told her what happened and that the 3 ladies that answer the phones were great!!"

"My husband has been seeing Dr. Sherad for several years and he has always been so pleasant and professional. He is starting to take less patients because he plans on retiring soon and we are dreading finding another doctor to replace him!!"

"I agree completely with another reviewer.. the lady who picked up my call to make an appointment was very rude, the doctors are decent but you have to go through the front desk to get to the doctors..and that wants me to change my doctor! There receptionist after picking up my call was like "Hold the call" not even a simple "could you please hold".. after getting my info, she was like "you haven't seen the doctor in 3 years.. you went to urgent care down the street!", WRONG!, I go to the doctor every year for my annual checkups, and when i told her so, she was silent and then said we don't have any appointments, the doctor is on vacation.. so I asked her about if any nurse practitioner would be available.. and she just said "No!" .. no information about when the next availability etc... So..I just said thank you and hung up not wanting to deal with her any further!"

"The 2 women at the front desk are RUDE. I routinely visit another office and made a visit here out of convenience for bloodwork. I will never go back here. I honestly wish I could have recorded the conversation because she was just just nasty from the very second I walked in the door."
