"The intake process was quick and easy. However the process may be a challenge for senior persons without internet access or knowledge. Specifically, taking photos of insurance and IDs may be a bit cumbersome. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor seemed to listen and encouraged follow up with my primary care physician."

"Took 2 hours. There were only 3 of us in the waiting room. APRN had her own agenda and was not providing compassionate care. She had no interest in hearing what I had to say. Staff cold and yelling out information to patients across the waiting room. For example, I know exactly how far behind on bills, from your company, a patient was…poor guy. There are a lot of urgent cares in the metro. I’ll go to another one next time."
