"I recently talked to a neighbor who had complications after heart surgery. This person got an infection afterwards and had to take antibiotics through a pic line. This person was upset that nobody from the many doctors to the home health people could give any information relating to when the pic line would come out, etc. This had been an ongoing problem. After hearing this, I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Daniel Geha and the Ward Parkway Health Services staff taking care of me. I have never had to wonder what was needed and why, how it would be taken care of and when, and if my other doctors and home health care givers where on the same page. Communication betwrrn Dr. Geha and Dr. David Anderson (knee surgery surgeon) was and still is taking place. In today's world of medicine where there are multiple doctors involved in a patient's care as it relates to isolated problems as well as overall care, it is imperative that communication to all those involved, doctor, care givers, physical therapists and patient, be considered just as important as the actual medical procedures, etc. Dr. Daniel Geha and the staff at Ward Parkway Health Center have my gratitude, respect and genuine appreciation and thanks for all that they do to take care of me and all their patients."

"Avoid Dr. Stany D Silva he is extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. He was an hour late to our appointment. This was my very first visit here and he just walks in the room doesn’t introduce himself and makes a rude remark about some weight I gained during the quarantine. I came for a physical and he’s in and out of the room in two minutes. The office was dirty the exam room was dirty if possible avoid this place like the plague."

"These doctors, and their office staff really care about their patients wellbeing.Their attention to detail makes me comfortable that nothing will be left to chance. They are always professional, pleasant, and caring. My wife and I have been patients for over 14 years, and cannot imagine better care."

"I have been dealing with spider or some type of insect bite, I went in on 10/3 saw Dr. D'Silva, that visit was okay, I got bit again so I think, because after nursing myself back to wellness, I think it may have been an allergic reaction to something. nevertheless, when I went to see Dr. D'Silva the second time, he came into the room, his first words "what is wrong with you, did the bite not heal? what is it? maybe you should go to a pet store and ask them what is bitting you, and what can you do to keep the bugs or whatever it is off you. (I'm no animal), now whether he meant it that way or not, I personally think it was an inappropriate comment coming from a doctor. I was hurt, embarrassed, and of course began to cry more. I gave 3 stars because of his Phlebotomists, she was very very sympathetic, and understanding."

"Extremely unhelpful office staff. Offered no help and also lied about how the conversation to schedule an appointment went. Sent me to an urgent care who them told me they couldn't treat me and I had to go to my PCP. Which of course led to nothing and me posting this review. 4 hours of wait at the urgent care and a copay later and the office staff tried to blame me."
