"Wait time was a little lengthy and the lobby needed cleaned, but to their credit, it was late in the afternoon-and more importantly ALL staff members were extremely nice, courteous and professional. Additionally, the provider was TOP NOTCH!!!...I would have no reservations returning to this location in the future or recommending this location to ALL our team members in our organization for any pre-hire physicals &/or post-accident exams."

"Very Busy Day, but the clerks were very helpful in the processing the paperwork. And so I was called by the nurse to assist with my tests, she was extremely kind and very open in explaining the process. The X-ray tec was very nice and quick and informative with the procedure. Great experience with a clean atmosphere."

"I called since I have never used urgent care to see how it worked. I arrived and within probably 19 minutes they took me back. The staff was incredibly nice and caring. Got my diagnosis and two prescriptions and done. Very efficient and thorough. The whole visit from sign in to walking out was maybe 45 minutes. Loved the service and will return."

"The initial nurse was curt and short but everyone else i encountered was incredibly kind. The biggest issue was the duration of time spent and that you couldn't make an appointment. They're going to demand you to be a walk in then take over three hours to do employment onboarding basics. Super frustrating but kind hearted staff made it bearable which is why it's two stars and not more"

"Blanch in front desk was very nice but clearly overwhelmed. She was trying her best to keep up with volume but she was just slammed. It was around 2pm so I am assuming everyone was back from lunch by then. Poor lady was all by herself with full waiting room and phones going crazy. She wasn’t providing updates on how long we would have to wait to be seen to it was clearly frustrating for others in the waiting room. Working in healthcare I understood, it was just sad to see her so unsupported. A guy came to how she was but walked away without helping her. Finally after almost 2 hours she called a coworker to come help her. I waited over 2 hours to get a flu shot. Once in, the staff was lovely. Very nice and professional . I was done in like 2 minutes. Please staff the front desk better, you have a great receptionist and she deserves to get supported."
