"I’ve been seeing Dr Gilmore for more years than I can really remember. Maybe around 20 plus years. I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist because I had several dentists from childhood through my upper 20s who were Mean. Uncaring when I was just a little girl, and a dentist who was more interested in talking to my husband than doing a good job on my teeth. Because of that guy I lost my first permanent back tooth. — By the time I talked myself into going to the dentist again I was Blessed enough to have an appointment with Dr Gilmore. With my husband in tow and me crying/in a panic attack, Dr Gilmore walked in. I thought I might scare him away by how upset I was. Instead he sat down and talked to me. He was so patient. I was still scared but over time he showed me what a Great Dentist could be. Eventually I didn’t need anyone to accompany me to the dentist. I followed Dr Gilmore from one office to another. Took a while to figure out where he moved, but I just kept looking. I teased him about not letting me know where he moved, but I understood that he couldn’t. — He has had some really great people work for him. Some have moved on, as happens in life, but they will never be forgotten. I think Sam has been with Dr Gilmore since the beginning. She is very kind and helpful.. "I’ve moved away from Grandview but still drive back for dental appointments because they’re just that good. Dr.Gilmore cares about his patients, and the rest of the staff is always kind and helpful. They take their time with cleanings and treatments, making sure I receive the highest quality care, but never try to upsell me on unnecessary procedures. Basically, they treat everyone like family (in a good way)."
