"I started the process of Laser Hair removal in early December & I was very apprehensive about the whole process & I was warned about how painful it was. So I started with just doing my chest & back & after experiencing how easy & effective it is I've expanded to other areas & I'm basically doing my entire body & I can tell you that the "rumors" of it being painful are COMPLETELY FALSE!! Sarah has been my Aesthetician & she explained the process really well & talks you through what will happen & what to expect during & after the treatment. Everything she's told me has been very accurate & how she answers questions is very educated & professional. Because when it comes to the more "sensitive" areas it could be very awkward conversation & she handles that conversation very professionally & still verbally comforting on how it goes & never once did I feel awkward. It turns out it's exactly like she said & is just not a big deal at all. Sarah the Aesthetician keeps the probe (or whatever it's called) moving & I really felt like it was a quick hot stone massage without the pressure that you get with a massage. Sarah talks to you while she is doing your session & encourages you to speak up if something is uncomfortable or painful. But I rarely say much, because she's keeps it moving & it goes super smooth & doesn't hurt. She asks you if the settings are too warm or if anything is bothering you & you can tell that your comfort level & the quality of treatment is very important to Sarah. The environment is very welcoming & clean & the entire staff is always very nice & punctual. I've only done the Laser Hair Removal Treatment, but I wouldn't hesitate to try other treatments there. Because every experience I've had there had been very good. If you're thinking of getting Laser Hair Removal Treatments done, I would highly recommend this spot & ask for Sarah!! "before the second session, I was communicating with the technician (The technician was a middle aged lady ( 50s maybe) at Grandview location about the results and she called my questions/comments an "illusion ". When I confronted her, she showed the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. Instead of addressing the issue, she denied it, she said the room was loud so I heard by mistake ( hahaaaa) , then yelled, then told me I "don't need to be coming here anymore" ( even though she is just a technician without such authority to make that call). I no longer want to support a place that lacks minimum training for its employees to prevent such a thing. I asked for a refund and I am yet to receive it."
