"Dropped off labs and the older receptionist at the Paola location on 12/4/23 was rude and not very welcoming. She never smiled, and didn’t even look at me as she was addressing me. She needs to retire because she clearly doesn’t like her job. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint. When you walk in to a medical facility you should be greeted appropriately and be made to feel welcomed. Instead, she was dismissive. Id say she needs to be retrained in how to deal with customers. I got the feeling she was racist. Regardless of race everyone should be made to feel welcomed. Personal views, opinions and ideologies should be left at home. This is not the 1800s. Please address the staff and perhaps complete training in regards to discrimination before reviews continue to decrease."
