"It's 4:30pm, Wed, Feb 1st the office is open til 6pm but calls are being forwarded to answering company that doesn't take calls for them. Great. So now what? I've had a few issues with this place for me It's time to change health care providers. They don't care for you"

"Tried to go today to be seen. Got inside at 11:31AM. Told they aren't taking anymore patients for walk ins. There was no one in the waiting room. Was told they take the last walk in at 11:30. It was one minute after. Totally ridiculous. Tried calling a few minutes after I left to talk to a nurse. Automated system said it was already closed! They're supposed to be open until noon! Seems like they didn't want to take me so they could go home early. How is a doctor's office gonna close early when you're supposed to take care of sick people? It's not posted anywhere that they take the last patient at 11:30. If so, how are you gonna turn someone away for coming in one minute past that?? One minute wasn't gonna make a difference."

"Went in for a couple of quick non-urgent stitches, got me right in! Professional, friendly and personalable staff, clean facility, great care!"

"Still have not heard back about my flu and rsv tests. They said it would be that day. It has been over 10 days. I tried calling a couple days later and they said a doctor would call me back. Still nothing."

"Exceptional staff, great facility, excellent location. I have not been to a walk-in clinic with a kinder staff. My wait time to see the PA was estimated at 45 min; it took 20 and I was out and on my way home in 35 minutes. I will certainly return to the walk-in here in Paola again if I’m in a situation where I need to see a doctor on short notice."
