"I had an appointment today, that I had been dreading. I needed x-rays, and my experience is that this is time consuming, along with the normal waiting that comes with being at the doctor. Also, I am a new patient, so I really thought it would be a long visit. I had a 1pm visit, but I got there at 12:50, to fill out the paperwork. I was quickly taken to the back room, asked questions by the nurse, then the lady took me back for x-rays on my shoulder, and also my hand. I was then taken back to my little back room, to wait for the x-rays to be ready for the doctor, and then reviewed. The doctor came in and discussed what he saw, gave me several options, one of which was a shot in my hand, which I chose. That was done and I left. Every step of this, the people were very friendly and comfortable. I was never rushed. The doctor was awesome, very friendly and didn't appear to be in any hurry. He answered every question I had, and he explained it clearly, in terms I understood. I walked out of the office door and it was 1:49pm, 59 minutes from when I walked in. The whole experience was really just great. I highly recommend them. This was the best experience Ive ever had at doctor's office. RECOMMEND, 5 star"
