"If I could give this office a 0 star I would. This place used to be good when Dr. Tina was there. Ever since she left, the place has gone down hill. The office ladies on the phone are rude. This new girl training for the phone calls, Stephanie, wants to hang up on me and be rude. So I call back, and Niki answers the phone. she said “her phone died”. I never called her personal phone. I called the office, so she’s just lying because office phones don’t die. I’ve been a patient at this place for 5 years, and all of a sudden I’m no longer a patient all because Dr. Tina left. I’ve been told specifically me AND my cousin (both patients with tina) could stay a patient and see any other doctor there until we are 21. We are both randomly removed from their system as patients, And now they don’t even accept patients if they’re older than 15. So don’t even think about going here if you’re over the age of 15. Which is ridiculous because you’re still consider a child and need to see a pediatrician at the age of 15, all the way to 21."

"My daughter was a new patient with Dr. Mallory for her 3 year well check exam. She was so kind and had amazing bedside manners along with the nurses. Everyone was so sweet and nice including front desk staff."

"Dr. Mayer is a great pediatrician. He always listens to my concerns and questions and helps ease any worries I have for my children. He is great with my 1 and 3 year old. His nurse is the best nurse I have had in any of my doctor and hospital visits ever. She is efficient and quick with shots for my babies. And she is SO GREAT with my kids, you can tell she LOVES her job! The front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful in checking in and making appointments. Thankful my children have a place to go to that truly cares for them."

"we absolutely love, Dr. Mallory Krahan! In the past, I would have left a better review, but the front desk has never been amazing. Today I tried to get my son in for a sick appointment. They were unavailable online, so I was directed to the phone number i. which I called 33 times to get a message saying that they were closed They helpline said they were just coming back from lunch. This was in the span of a Little over an hour. So I drove half an hour out of my way to get my son seen for them to turn us away, although there was not a single patient there. It is likely I will be finding a new doctor for him as they were not empathetic to the situation at all. Same with when his insurance had been turned off. No empathy. Terrible customer service. Love dr krahan tho."
