"Great experience. It was easy to make an appointment online, and I was called back a few minutes before my appointment time. The nurse practitioner was efficient and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use this Minute Clinic again when I'm sick."

"Looks like the Nurse Practitioner doesn’t know what she is doing. I told them I need a school physical because I couldn’t find an appointment sooner with a PCP. I checked their website before going, and it explicitly states that they do school and sports physical on their website. The NP (SAMANTHA RICCI-WELLER) doesn't even seem a professional. She doesn’t show compassion and looked at me like I was some alien that just landed from Mars. She glanced at the physical exam form I showed her & said that it would be 90$ and not covered by insurance. She didn’t even try to explain that she would try to let it go thru insurance. I know the charges can be covered thru insurance because the NPs at a minute clinic in Overland Park did a titer and vaccines for me and they finally tried to submit it to the insurance & I paid 0% copay. No wonder Olathe is bad compared to OP in several ways. I would certainly avoid this location. 100%."

"Nurse Practitioner was so nice and patient. She did not seem rushed, nor did she make me feel like an inconvenience. Waited about 20 min past my "scheduled" time which was a blessing considering I've waited 2 hours past at other types of urgent cares. Highly recommend."

"Waited over an hour to even be acknowledged. The doctor sat in her office for 10+ minutes while there was 4 patients waiting. My appointment was at 10:35am and I finally decided to leave at 11:45am. Go to another one in Olathe, especially if you dont have an hour+ to wait!"

"Booked my appt online. I got there late because of snow and not a lot of uber was available. Needed to do my dot physical to get a med card so I can get back in my truck and hit the road. Had some issues but the doctor was very helpful in helping me legally resolving the issue. Saved the day. Now I can head home park my truck there instead of leaving my truck out of state and catching a flight home. Thankful."
