"Hands down the worst medical visit I have had in my 31 years. Nurse did not even take my vitals, immediately told me that my strep and flu symptoms have lasted too long and its not worth taking a test while having minimal information. When asking for tests, I was told it would cost over $500 (WITH BCBS INSURANCE) and it was suggested that I don't receive the tests. I ended up with: 1. Zero vitals taken 2. A nurse with zero understanding of what the patients overall needs were 3. Recieved no assessment, did not check throat, lymph notes, fever, NOTHING 4. Was charged to be told that there "is nothing to be done" The staff at this location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I have never had to complain about a medical visit in my life, but PLEASE DO NOT visit this location."
"I'm not sure how you can say you're a walk in clinic when you don't take wak ins for months at a time due to covid vaccines. Absolutely false advertisement and their company should look at rebranding before someone sues them."
"I have gone to this location twice now and both times I was in and out within 30 minutes. Show up for your appointment on time, if not early, and you will have no problems. Show up late and you cause a bad chain reaction to other people’s appointments. This type of clinic is best for those who know their symptoms, have an idea of what their diagnosis is, and just need a nurse practitioner to write the prescription. I would not come here expecting my medical mystery of ten years to be solved. Quick and easy solution for your common ailments!"
"I had blood taken for lab work on April 27th. To this day I have never received my lab results. When I reached out to the lab testing company they had no records of my lab tests."
"Despite the doctor telling me I would most likely be sick for about 5 days she only gave me a doctor's note for one day (the following day). I asked if I could have a note for two days, as I would be assisting surgeries in my job and if I am this sick then that's not safe to be performing that kind of work. She would not, and said if I am still sick by then (the very next day, when she said I would be sick for about five days...) to come back. Why would I come back to urgent care when I could go to my regular doctor by then? This was a Sunday, which is why I went there. Also, that does not give me much time to decide to go back to the doctor or not; as of course on day two of my illness I would still be horribly sick. And sure enough I am. Yet I would only have so much time to schedule a doctor's appointment. I'm not impressed. No logic whatsoever..."
