"I was very impressed with the walk-in clinic at the KC Bone and Joint clinic in Overland Park. It was such a better option than a walk-in urgent care for the issue I was having with my shoulder. There was a very short wait to be seen. I saw Barry L. Kentopp, PA-C. He had an amazing knowledge and I was able to get a diagnosis and referral for follow-up. "Suffered a very painful injury after a rather difficult fall while competing in some physical activity. Went straight to the emergency room and after the staff had difficulties diagnosing the injury (Grade II/III AC Joint Separation), they recommended I go straight to Orthopedics NOW! Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic and be treated by Barry Kentopp. The wait room staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating given my situation. Barry was able to see me within 5 minutes of my arrival, and immediately reviewed the x-rays and was quickly able to rule out certain potential injuries and focus on the actual issue. Barry was able to address the immediate issue of pain (top 5 most painful injuries I've experienced) and then focused my attention on follow up treatments and follow up visits. This place was top notch. Clean, friendly, quick, professional and very skilled with their craft."
