Meritas Health Richmond

"Hate to say, this was the worse visit I've had in the years of going to this practice. The receptionist was nice and the nurse who took me back and did my vitals was great but my wait time to be seen was ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:40 pm, I checked in at 2:20 pm and I was taken to a room around 2:55 pm. HOWEVER I was not seen by the doctor until 3:45 pm. I understand doctors are busy but no one even spoke to me in the 45 minutes I sat in the exam room until the doctor finally came in. I had several things to discuss and he spent more time on the computer than talking to me and didn't verbally address any of my concerns and when I would try to explain my issues to him, he didn't seem to listen and when he did, he made light of what I was saying. I left the appointment confused because I didn't feel like anything was resolved."
