"Today was my first visit with Dr.Tippins and his assistant. Everything was explained to me in great detail before anything was done, and as things were being done. They always asked if I had questions and were making sure I was comfortable and nothing they were doing was hurting me. Dr. Tipping would explain what he had in mind, and then would ask how I felt or if I had something else in mind. He showed me all of my x-rays and where his areas of concerns were. He wanted to know what my time frame was that I was wanting things done. They also explained my insurance coverage to me as well, and let me know I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket,, but if something changes, they would let me know. "I am very afraid of dentists after about 10 minutes of being there.Everyone was so understanding and they calmed me down. I wish I had found Kanning Dental years ago,I would probably have more teeth.The best part was how the dentists sat there and listened to everything I had to say.
