"Today was supposed to be my daughter's first Apt at 11. I took her out of school at 1030. Noon comes around no call. So I called them to find out what was going. 230 rolls by and nobody still nobody called. So I called again! They "guess" He accidently called my sons number, which is the secondary phone number on the account. Nobody answered so that was that. Why the heck would the Dr not try the primary or at least both numbers! My daughter is suffering from SEVERE PTSD and anxiety from the event she can't go an entire day with out crying, nightmares, or an anxiety attack. A job like this should be taken more seriously! I've never been so mad at a Dr's office. I get stuff happens, but this is COMPLETELY unacceptable!!!"
"To hell with Tri County and C-star. I went in for help and was told I didn't belong there. Was completely disgusted with how rude and talked down to i was. They are not here to help. Unless they can completely control you and your life. No meds. They said I had to stop taking my medications to join any group or class. Yes my physician prescribed medication. Ha. C-star treatment program is a joke. All they like to do is be nosey and talk bout people in the groups and classes. Which is illegal under the hepa act. They tell everyone your business. Especially to the other members and clients!!! Wrong!!! Client trust and confidentiality is non existent."
