"Very upset with this place. Tried to get my son an appointment today and they turned him away because he is on a control substance. She would not even have to fill it because compass health does that. So wrong on so many levels. Jamie use to see him all the time. She is a good doctor but the office needs to change :("

"Have been going to Richmond Family clinic for over 2 decades. Some doctors have come and gone but Dr. Honeycutt has remained. Yes, sometimes it's a challenge to get an appt on short notice (only 1 doc and only a few nurse practioners) but I am very happy with the level of care and concern I generally receive. It is a small town office where they not only know your name but also generally why you are there. They are also very connected to the community. They are perfect for my family."

"This has been my PCP for years and I haven’t had any problem for over a decade. The front desk staff are always very helpful and professional when I call or come in. The NPs or Dr. Honeycutt have listened and worked with me during appointments. We’ve even gone to the allergist here and had a great experience. At times it’s a challenge to get appointments at short notice if you want to see a specific provider, but that’s a realistic problem scheduling anywhere and if I am flexible I can usually get in fairly quickly."

"The secretaries and the nurses are not on the same page at all. Scheduled an appointment with dr honeycutt because the secretaries said she is the only one who could prescribe a medicine for him and they switched us to a np who referred us to children's mercy instead saying they can only write refills for that script. We called children's mercy and they flat out told us that if she is a licensed doctor she can write the scrip with no problem. Not happy because now we have to play the waiting game and see if we can get our son the medicine he needs. Going to be looking for another doctor that will actually you know see the patients as promised and prescribe them the medications they need because this diagnosis was faxed to them and it is in his file so it's not just us spitting hairs and trying to get home something he doesn't actually need."

"I understand they are busy but the last few times I've went my appointment has been pushed back and I spend almost an hour in the waiting room and today I'm trying to call about some labs for my daughter and they haven't switched their phones over so it still says the office in closed when in reality they opened at 8am. I'm a little frustrated and keep getting the go around every time I'm in there. My daughter needs help and this place has not helped her."
