"The level of health care information was adequate for my appointment the day before Thanksgiving. A couple of days prior to my appointment I was asked to reschedule to 11am. I was there early as a new patient and was not seen until after noon. My time is valuable, too, but evidently the practice management doesn't think so. Following the appointment, I posted a followup question to the patient portal on the weekend. I did not expect an answer until Monday. But I still hadn't received a response as of noon, Tuesday - a full business day and a half of non-response. So, while the medical care was adequate, the patient care and customer service is undeserving of any stars. ***** Two hours after posting the above review I received a call from someone who is not on the support staff of the doctor I saw. They explained that person is not in today, and that they chose not to respond to my patient portal request yesterday. I was also told that the digital xrays could not be made available to me, but I could travel thirty miles to pick up a printout version. Nor could the xrays be made available on the patient portal. It seems clear that OSI has a technology deficit, to put it kindly."
