"Go somewhere else. Cory Holtwick is a great guy and he really cares I’d recommend him if he wasn’t at this office. This office is something else tho. NOT EVEN TO MENTION IT TAKES MONTHS TO GET IN TO SEE PRIMARY CARE. Not as a new patient as a returning one. Can’t imagine how long it is for a new patient. Went here for 6 months before they told me my insurance wasn’t working at all, the urgent care misdiagnosed and mistreated me for something serious I didn’t have, and there’s a 50/50 shot of your nurse being super rude and annoyed there’s patients at all. I’ve experienced 3 people total that are really nice and the rest seem to just hate their lives."

"I’m a new patient for their primary care services. I’ve been waiting over a month for my appointment with Connley (she was the soonest available). They called me a month after scheduling telling me that the dr won’t be in that day and I need to reschedule with a different Dr. The soonest appointment was ANOTHER month away. Ridiculous. If you want to be seen about something important in a timely manor through their primary care services don’t waste your time. I’m trying to be seen because of my lungs I can’t do anything without using an inhaler. I went to their urgent care and they refuse to give me another prescription without a primary care visit. Well… I can’t get in to be seen! Edit : someone got in contact with me and was able to get me in with what sounds like a new doctor they added to their team. Hopefully that opens up more availability and fixes a lot of these scheduling problems. Will write a new review after my appointment. Glad they reached out."
