"Took my 14 almost 15 year old daughter for Vista she was not feeling good. I am teacher her how to check in and check out at the Dr office and making her fill out her paper work as I help her and her mother as well on the phone. This paper does not say that the parent has to fill it out there is one spot that says if patient is a minor then the Guardian must do so. Well Nicole was very unprofessional and yelled at me tearing the clip board from my daughter's hands and setting it down on the table next to me yelling at me that it is not her paper work to fill out as I'm explaining to her that I'm trying to teach my daughter how to do this for when she becomes of age and she wasn't having it continuing to argue with me then turns around mumbling under her breathe "Jesus Christ" that is completely unprofessional and I feel she needs to be released of her duties as a health care professional. Never coming back here again."

"I have to get random UAs and this was on a list of preferred providers. They have me wait nearly two hours, with no one in front of me. I have to ask them how long it's going to take before they even start processing me. These visits should be under 15 minutes but instead I spent half my morning giving 50mL or urine. If given a choice or where to give a sample, I would never go back."

"After finding out other minute clinics need an appointment, I was super relieved this one did not. There were 4 people ahead of me when I got there, and my name was called after waiting only 20 minutes. I had my tests done and was out of there all within 45 minutes. The nurse was great!!! I tend to faint over small things and I make sure they know that. She wasn't annoyed AT ALL, but thankful I told her. I wasn't just some difficult patient and that was relieving. I will absolutely be back and recommend it to other people."

"The reviews are misleading. This place is great and a typical urgency Care, it's not like the small town walk in clinics that I'm used to but I did have to pay a $40 Co pay which is fair but after learning they didn't have the equipment to perform my procedure they reimbursed me. If you can't wait to schedule an appointment definitely check this place out"

"As I assumed this dianna lady would leave a review. I was there when she was.. this lady was very rude to front office staff as I’m sure the nurses. While we were there with a full room of other people. I know at least 2 people with more serious issues than us. One came I. With bleeding face and another person obvisouly having what looked as an allergic reaction.. I’m not sure I did not get up In to their business like Mrs Binder above think she had the right to do. Jessica and the other front office staff were great!! Along with every other stuff member I came into contact with. It’s people like binder that is wrong with the world! Think she is the only person that matters!! I certainly hope if I walked into a medical office with a bleeding face I would be taken care of quickly.."
