"The staff has always been incredibly polite and kind. Although I have never stayed at the hospital, I see several specialist there and I’ve been there many times for all kinds of testing. So far I have found them to be thorough and professional. I’ve never noticed anything unsanitary anywhere. I’ve been in the hospital. All that said, ER is for emergencies! If you’re not dying or in eminent danger, please go to an urgent care."

"The people are nice but I do feel they might be short staffed; my husband has been here for 3hours for back pain. My rating is low because there was a bloody napkin in lobby. A bloody syringe cover was on the floor under the bed. The hospital is filthy; I guess COVID is over and it’s back to business as usual. At one time this was my preferred hospital, but I’m strongly reconsidering."

"If I️ could give 0 stars I would. Worst care, worst hospital, stupidest bunch of caregivers and it should be illegal. Hope the place burns to the ground. Took my diabetic husband in for DKA, they wouldn’t let me go back with him when I️ took him. Most knowledgeable people know that when a diabetic is in DKA, they are not of sound mind to make decisions. Then they misdiagnosed a stressed heart from DKA to having a heart attack- again, if you have had ANY diabetic training then you would know that after the body goes through that amount of stress, the heart is stressed. So apparently just those nurses and doctors skipped that day in meds school because every nurse or doctor I’ve talked to since knows that is common sense. So they rush him to do a heart catheter (through the groin) without my permission, then nick an artery on the way out, causing numbness and severe pain to his left leg. Then they have to fix that. He had numbness in his foot for a couple of months, had to get a stent placed, and now has to take a blood thinner. So, not only is he immunocompromized, St. Luke’s did him the favor of ENSURING he will probably lose his foot one day, something a diabetic is prone to without a dumbass clinic making it worse. I️ tell everyone I️ know that if they are ready to die, to go to St. Luke’s. My husband said he’d rather die than ever go back."
