"Does not actually have passport pictures available even though the kiosk has it as an option. Manager was very helpful after the fact directing us to a CVS that does."
"The customer service here is top tier! I was here to get my DOT physical and everyone I interacted with from the clinic staff to the employees stocking the floor and cashiers were polite and attentive. Always a pleasant experience when I visit this location. Thank you!"
"Wife had the flu. Dr gave us a coupon for a new drug that worked better than tamiflu. They tried for a while to get the coupon to go through but couldn’t get it to work. So we had to call DR and get a tamiflu scrip sent over. We waited 90 minutes from start to finish."
"Formerly a great CVS. But these days, the pharmacy can get very little right. From their incompetence in changing my prescription for 9 pills over 30 days to 12 pills over 90; to their low-level fraud with my FSA card brought about by their laziness because they didn't want to ask for my card to refund me and gave me a CVS gift card instead and their area manager who called me after I complained about it to corporate weeks ago said he'd look into it and then nothing; to their employee who told me I could only afford my non-generic meds because of one of CVS' coupons and the coupons could change after the first of the year and strongly implied that I should save the meds rather than take it as prescribed; to all the other instances of poor communication, especially in giving me only half the pills I've been prescribed the past 2 months. The standout story is the time I gave them my card to pay for something and they said my card was in the bag with the meds. I got home and it was that stupid gift card. They had my flex spending card. I called them and they said they would hang onto it. I had to go out of town, but came to pick it up a few days later. Instead of using a sticky note or an envelope, they put a blank prescription label over the card and wrote, "Don't throw away." Prescription labels don't come off easily. Sticky residue remains. I have used rubbing alcohol and something sharp to scrape it. It won't scan. On a subsequent visit, the employee seemed amused when I told her why it didn't scan. She said she remembered that. At this point I wonder if they're acting this incompetent on purpose. Today an employee said I should try the CVS in Target or Schnucks because those are better than this one. I may."
"On my third visit, they remembered my name, unlike the other CVS I've gone to for twenty years. I have switched to this location for good now. They are friendlier and more helpful than my old place, even though equally understaffed. I had the new bivalent covid booster here and it went great. Plus the 23/7 hours are a big help. Highly recommended."
