"While my normal experience here is quite nice, my most recent was on the disappointing side. I shop/trade here regularly, and came in for a Romance Dawn booster box. The website was advertising a price of $169.99, but said out of stock after clicking on it. There have been times in the past where they had stock in store even when showing out of stock online, so I went in to check. When I asked for a box at the $170 price point, I was informed they had it set at $299.99. I informed them the website showed the $169.99 price, and provided a photo (see below). I was told they wouldn't be able to honor it. The employee then went to the website on the computer there in the business, and I showed him where it showed the $169.99. I was again told they wouldn't honor it, and that it was a "glitch" and they wouldn't honor a glitch. After a little back and forth, it changed from a "glitch" to it was possibly third party recommendation on their site, and they have no control over that (was a link to their page for the product). Considering the last time I saw, Romance Dawn boxes were $199.99, so the $169.99 price was my main reason for even going up there in the first place, I was quite disappointed when they wouldn't honor what their website was showing (and still is)."
