"Very happy with our fireplace insert and installation. We had this done in October of 2020 so we could have an on-demand fire/heat option. I sure do miss having a wood-burning fireplace at times, but this proved to be exactly what we were hoping for. Something we could turn on while watching a show and turn off without fear of smoldering embers. The installation was super smooth and the guys cleaned up after themselves, which shouldn't be noteworthy, but it is! They sub-contracted the electrical, and he was great as well. It is clear that this is something they do regularly, including recurring collaboration with the sub-contracted electrician, so the whole crew was efficient in the installation. They were also very personable and helped to explain some of the installation steps and considerations. Overall, great job and we would do it again. Now the bad part, which is one project begets another project. ;) We added the TV and a self/custom-built mantle shelf...next up is new tile and bookshelves on either side of the fireplace. I can't help but to blame Fireside for these additional projects... ;)"
