"Purchased a refrigerator 1/10/24 with a debit card, it was delivered damaged was told I had to wait 7-10 days s for a refund to my debit card. I just called today was told I need to come into store for my refund. I have called 3 times never told needed to go to the store for credit to my debit card. Lesson learned use my Home Depot credit card not my cash. If I used their credit card they can take care of."

"Bought a washer and it was never delivered. Date of delivery was 15 Dec 2023. I was giving a 4-hour window. That 4 hour windows came and no delivery. Called customer service to check the status on my order and I was assured that it will be delivered 2 hours past my window. I was willing to wait, 2 hours passed still no delivery. Called customer service again for an update and they tell me it has been rescheduled for 21 December 2023. Now you see my frustration I waited from 2 PM to 8 PM for my delivery and it never came. I lost my work wage because I took off half a day for this delivery. The delivery company never called communicate with me. So I cancelled my order. Home Depot outsourcing delivery is a joke. There’s no accountability on the delivery company. I should have been reimbursed for my lost time."

"Never impressed with these big box stores. Pictured is a prime example I needed a slim design gfci, while the display shows one, the item that matches the skew is very different. Staff was rude and acted like it was unreasonable to expect the display item to match the boxed item. They were not interested in helping and blew me off like I didn't matter. I go to a lot of big box hardware stores and this one was sadly poorly stocked and poorly staffed"

"This review is not a reflection of the Home Depot in Arnold. This is a reflection of the online ordering/delivery service. Whatever you do, do not order anything online. It is a complete mess. I was told several different times that my safe was to be delivered, and, to no avail, it has yet to show up. They use Estes to deliver and it is absolutely ridiculous! This is not an item you can just let sit on the porch. I run a small business, and for me to take time away to sit and wait for an item to not show up is unfair to me and my clients. Instead, I am sitting and waiting for this safe to show up for the third day without it showing up lol.... useless people. Useless service. Regret is an understatement!!!"
