"Nancy goes above and beyond for anyone who walks through her doors and has a heart of gold. It's a shame that some have taken advantage of her, but that doesn't stop her from helping people. She is truly amazing. She gives help to anyone she can, and if she can't, she gives them the resources for those who can. She definitely deserves more recognition and appreciation than she's been given."

"Love volunteering here...I have learned so many skills with customers, friends and Nancy and Judy give everyone equal opportunities to Excell in many areas...we joke and have fun and learn to be business like when we need too. Sometimes we take a little talk time with Nancy and/or Judy, individually when we are overwhelmed or just a little down that day...I started volunteering at Encore, used to be just a customer, but when I saw all that they do in helping the community when people are down on their luck...I wanted to be a part of this crew...I now am...and I love the oppurtunities to grow and learn. Thanks Nancy and Judy for all your hard work in juggling us on our good and bad days, even though sometimes we all bombard you at once...lol"

"I never made it into your store while I was in Arnold. Wow, the class you exhibit, in the kind way you respond to people who don't have a clue. I wanted to be another volunteer for the same reasons everyelse volunteers. Just because I'm homeless doesn't change that. I did have a question, is there anyone round their that would rent me a room or. Apt?"

"DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN AND DO NOT DONATE A DIME TO THIS PLACE! They claim to help people in need when in reality the money that is donated to this shop is given to dope heads. The lady who runs the place picks and chooses who she " helps " most of the volunteers are on drugs and people steal from this place all the time. If you do find any help here it will not last. She gives false hope to people by helping for a short amount of time before leaving you to die in the cold. She cherry picks who she keeps around and will help a dope head before she will help someone who's in actual need of help and trying to escape their situation. She has two homeless guys at her shop that she's done more for than anyone and neither one of them are even making an effort to get out of their situation and better themselves and the relationship between them is a bit questionable. She enables their drug habits and gives them money for anything they want daily while people are forced to sleep on the streets. She has junkies sleeping in her shop screaming and fighting with each other all hours of the night. It honestly pains me to write all of this because I truly trusted Nancy but after what she's done to me and my family I had to put the truth out there once and for all. This place should honestly be shut down, it is far from being a nonprofit organization. Non profit organizations are supposed to help anyone in need, not just their buddies"
