"Great experience with this company. I was looking for a combination navigation-audio system at a competitive price.I went to several locations and asked a lot of questions and left more confused then when I went in. A friend recommended SFX Customs.I called them on the phone and got a quote that blew everyone else out of the water. I made an appointment thinking that I would go there and if they were not the real deal, I would walk away. Great staff...they actually took the time to talk with me, show me several different units in varying price ranges and explain the difference between them. I gave them the go ahead. I was told that once started, the job would take a certain amount of time. Lo and behold, they were on time, at the price we agreed to and the automobile was clean when I picked it up. The staff took the time to explain how the Navigation system worked and walked me through satellite radio and HD radio channels. I had been thinking about an auto start unit (pretty nice on those cold Missouri winter mornings) and saw one on display when I picked up my car. I asked about price and they gave me a quote. I started comparing again,,,went to several local companies and they were all significantly higher than SFX Customs. About 2 months after I had the Nav/Audio system installed, I called SFX Customs and made an appointment this time with "Rob", I think he owns the place, who meet with me. He explained that with a remote start system there were several options including key-less entry and theft alarms. I never thought of that. I stepped up a few dollars more and had his staff install a system that allows me to remotely start the car from anywhere in the house or from my office at work when the car is in the parking lot. I also got the key-less entry and the theft alarm that I set at night and when I am in public places. I could not be happier.....SFX Customs came in under everyone else's pricing, their staff always answered my questions and explained how things worked and I have had no problems with the workmanship or the equipment installed. Would I do business with SFX again....you bet. By the way, the Nav/Audio unit was made by Kenwood and the remote start with all the bells and whistles came from a company by the name of Autopage."
