"Only pleasant moment was in the beginning picking out cabinets. After that, everything was bad. I had heard the bad experiences but then heard the good from friends of the family. They choose who they satisfy. The cabinets were delivered when I was 8 months pregnant in the summer and the delivery men would not put them in the empty home. (Due to covid, but it was an empty home, not lived in yet) so I had to hire the man that was putting floor down and he hurt his back (didn't have equipment like they had to move heavy boxes inside) calling the owner did no good and he seemed to be done and didn't care. The contactor then came and installed the cabinets, the measurements were off and nothing fit the way they were suppose to. We had to exchange larger more expensive cabinets for smaller, cheaper ones and hire another contractor to install the correct size (still didn't fit like they were suppose to but we were ready to move in, we waited long enough). We were due a refund for the exchange of cabinets but never got it after several emails and conversations. Then his story changed that he lost money for whatever reason. Unless you're a good family friend or close to the family, you won't get good service. It's not even been 2 years and our cabinets already need replaced. The quality is not good. I am very disappointed in a local business not doing right. I try and stay local and didn't want to use a big company like Lowes but I know my service and quality would've been better and for a cheaper price. We used local companies for everything we could and this was the worse 1 we dealt with. Very surprising for us bc he seems so great on the outside."
